Engineering Systems & Gul Ahmed Energy Power Solutions Strategic Alliance

Engineering Systems (ES) and Gul Ahmed Energy Power Solutions (GAEPS) entered a strategic alliance structured for mutual business development and collaboration, via signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 12 October 2023, in Karachi, Pakistan.
This unique B-2-B alliance is designed for provision of enhanced value added services to the clients and widening the scope of services.
ES is engaged in the provision of engineering design consultancy services, whilst GAEPS is engaged in the provision of specialized lifting solutions. Both ES and GAEPS client bases are complimentary and non-competing in nature.

Farhat Adil (seated second from right), Director Business Development & Special Projects ES and Mr. Ubaid Amanullah, Chief Operating Officer GAEPS.
Mr. Yousuf Aziz, CFO GAEPS (standing left), Ms. Shazia Mastoor, HR Manager ES, Mr. Zillay Nawab, President Hashtag Consulting Solutions & Mr. Amin Bhimani (standing right) CFO Gul Ahmed Energy, were in attendance.
Mr. Ahsan Siddiqui, ES Chairman noted that “we are pleased to enter into this strategic alliance with GAEPS and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.”
Mr. Danish Iqbal, Chairman GAEPS commented that, “this strategic alliance provides both the companies a unique opportunity to leverage on each other’s core areas of expertise and provision of requisite services to our customer.”
To commemorate the occasion, Mr. Ahsan Siddiqui and Mr. Danish Iqbal cut a ceremonial cake in presence of the attendees.
