The Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Policy aims to ensure alignment to the GAEPS mission and values, where ‘Safety at our Core’ means ensuring that harm is not inflicted to its employees, clients, service providers, environment, GAEPS assets, as well as member of the public affected by its operations, infrastructure and all operational activities within the scope of heavy lifting, special transport, assembly, disassembly.

GAEPS management and all employees are committed to well-being and protection of human life, environment, protection of assets. GAEPS strategically follows Pla-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and our Code of Conduct in all GAEPS activities.

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe behaviors or shortcuts, reinforcing a safety-first culture throughout our workforce.

•  Our team undergoes ongoing SHEQ training to stay current with best practices, industry standards, and evolving regulatory requirements.

• We ensure all lifting gear, accessories, and supporting equipment are tested, certified, and compliant with local safety standards.

• All crane operations are carried out by professionally trained and certified operators who follow strict safety and operational protocols.

• We review and improve our SHEQ systems regularly through audits, feedback, and performance analysis to ensure they remain effective and aligned with business goals.
